ZEROBASEONE, the group that made K-Pop history with their dazzling achievements within a year of their debut, is opening a new chapter with their mini 4th album “CINEMA PARADISE”.

ZEROBASEONE has established itself as a representatIVE idol of the fifth generation by making unprecedented records in the year since their debut on July 10, 2017, including: selling out 18,000 seats at Gocheok Dome on the 37th day of their debut; winning a total of 16 trophies, including the Rookie of the Year Award; becoming the first K-Pop group to become a “million seller” on the first day of release for three consecutIVE albums; topping the Oricon weekly single rankings for their debut album in Japan; and entering the Grammy Museum in the United States.

ZEROBASEONE's non-stop sprint will continue in the second half of the year, and the group will hold its first overseas tour, “2024 ZEROBASEONE THE FIRST TOUR [TIMELESS WORLD],” in eight locations around the world starting in Seoul this September, expanding its influence in the global market beyond Korea.

ZEROBASEONE, which is growing “faster and higher,” finalizes its super-fast comeback in about three months and changes K-Pop history once again.

ZEROBASEONE's mini 4-piece mini album “CINEMA PARADISE” is about people who dream of a “GOOD” ending despite the “BAD” situations that everyone faces in various life processes, and the “super positIVE energy” that ZEROBASEONE is known for. As ZEROBASEONE believed in the possibilities and themselves in the midst of their bittersweet life journey and won the opportunity to make their debut, their support became more genuine, and their unique mindset to cherish the 'now' more was reflected throughout the album.

As ZEROBASEONE, who has been on the path of a vast newcomer by setting a new record every step of the way in their four mini albums, has walked through precious opportunities with a 'super positIVE heart' and talked about the 'now' and the grand future to come, this album contains a more mature narratIVE than before, including attitudes towards fate, eternity and determination, and love with ambivalent feelings. It is also a point of interest that ZEROBASEONE maximized the 'dynamic freshness' of their signature style by challenging various genres such as electronic synth pop, afro pop, R&B, and hip-hop.

The title track 'GOOD SO BAD' expresses 'love that won't let go' with the most unique energy of ZEROBASEONE, capturing the ambivalent feelings of a special person who has firmly become the center of my unIVErse even in a rapidly changing world. ZEROBASEONE's cheer for overcoming even the things that try to make 'me' the protagonist of the sad ending with a 'rather good!' and 'super positIVE attitude' is expressed in a mysterious and bouncy melody that is at odds with the heavy message, providing a refreshing feeling.

The mini album 4 includes the title track, “KILL THE ROMEO,” which features a dramatic song composition and powerful performance; UP's “Ocean,” a national summer song reinterpreted with ZEROBASEONE's unique refreshing energy; and “Insomnia,” a song with dreamy synths and a straight uptempo beat, “Road Movie,” which combines ZEROBASEONE's aspirations and resolutions with inTENse rapping and soft vocals; ‘Eternity,’ a tribute to ‘Zeroz,’ who is always there for them; and the Korean version of their Japanese debut song ‘YURA YURA,’ which maximizes the emotion of ”the moment I see you, time stops and we permeate each other.
