Girl group WJSN launches its first unit. Formed by Soobin, Luda, Summer, and Daeyoung, "Chocome" is as cute and cuddly as its name suggests. This is their first unit since their debut in 2016.

Chocome's unexpected combination is intriguing. Subverting their previous image of a fuzzy love fantasy, the members have adopted a bolder and more direct theme, giving their members vivid team colors, and portraying the fantasy of a space girl in a more humorous way.

The title track, "Heechitpung," is a vintage disco-pop song that maximizes the wacky and cheerful charm of Soobin, Luda, Summer, and Daeyoung, and conveys the charm of reversal with its catchy hook and cute lyrics about confiding in someone who doesn't know their feelings. The song was produced by Kim Do Hoon and Seo Yong Bae, who have produced numerous hits in the music industry, and contributed to WJSN's transformation.

The music video was directed by Johnny Bros. and conveys the wacky charm of WJSN's character. It humorously depicts the fantasy that unfolds in various spaces such as a car, pool, restaurant, and bathroom. The intensity and lighthearted energy that overwhelms the audiovisuals creates an image that is unique to the vibrant space girl.

The song "Yayaya" accompanying "Heungchitpung" is also a nice harmony. "Yayaya" is a remake of the first-generation girl group Baby Boxes' signature song, and is arranged in the tropical and mumba-toned genres, giving it a familiar and new feel.

WJSN's first unit, WJSN's Chokomi, is strictly aimed at the public's taste. The improvisational fun and lIVEly wacky charm that subverts expectations will appeal to a different audience.
