PEX returns with the second album of their youth trilogy, “Digestion (韶華) Chapter 2: Youth Deficiency”.

If the first album, “Youthful Days,” in April 2024, told the stories of EPEX standing in the midst of youth, including the stories they wanted to tell to young people, the problems and worries they faced, and their purest love story, the second album, “Youth Deficiency,” tells the story of the complex deficiencies that come with being a young person and how to fulfill them by making choices every day.

As the album is full of music that expresses the essential deficiencies of youth, the choices we make in response to them, and the mindset of youth, I hope it will provide great comfort and empathy to youth who are going through the same period.

1. UNIVERSE

The title track “UNIVERSE” is a song with a clear message that I choose my own unIVErse and that unIVErse must be you. It features a shuffle-style beat and a unique arrangement style, as well as a straightforward and powerful melody.
