The band Dragon Pony will make their debut on September 26, 2024 with their first EP album “POP UP,” marking their new arrival on the music scene.

POP UP consists of fIVE songs, including “Morse Code,” “Snake Eating Tail,” “Traffic Jam,” “Pity Punk,” and the new title track “POP UP,” which have been previewed through lIVE clips since the beginning of this year.

The first track and title track, “POP UP,” is a passionate cry of a non-mainstream boy and contains an autobiographical message of Dragonpony's refusal to follow a straight path or cONForm to the standards set by society. It's a freeing call to embrace your insecurities and fears and just have fun singing and dancing, even if the start isn't perfect and you don't know where the next step will take you.

The album also demonstrates Dragonpony's strength in maintaining the core of the genre of 'rock' through a three-dimensional sound that is built upon the mOST basic band composition.

The songs 'Morse Code' and 'Traffic Jam' with their clean and lyrical tones show the image of ordinary boys who are immature and honest in front of love, while 'Pity Punk' is a mournful punk song that pours out the discouragement after a breakup, and 'Snake Eating Tail' delIVErs a message of progressIVE and heavy criticism, giving a strong rock sound.

The first debut album [POP UP], which enhanced the musical value by completing the entire songwriting and arrangement as the main producer, will continue the band's free and energetic course by imprinting an image of self-power that shines as Dragonpony itself.
